While both charging stations seem to be decent options, there are certain differences that will make you have an informed buying decision. Both charging stations are produced by different energy companies, which means that they are bound to be clear differences.
Over the years, we have always had a thing for the JuiceBox. It is one of our best smart EV chargers. As a matter of fact, the utility device was barely surpassed by the ChargePoint flex EV charger. This JuiceBox 40 device comes in variants of 32 amp breaker box, 40 amps, and 48 amps. There are enough network for this charging station that users do not have to look hard for any network before running into one.
The 32 amp and 40 amp variants come as either hardwired or plug in versions; however, you must hardwire the 48 amp version. This enter Enel X JuiceBox comes with an Energy-Star certification from one of the well-known energy companies. It also comes with a warranty of three years.
We like the Enel X JuiceBox because being among the rare chargers; it would allow us to perform load-sharing functions. This means that the owner of the device can make use of a dedicated unit for numerous units. It comes with a current breaker.
One thing that features the Juicebox wall charger as a potent garage home charger is the 25 feet cable that makes it possible to park your car anywhere and use it. This simple function is quite useful for two families to use the device, especially when there is a need to share. It is an excellent way to be economical rather than getting two units which will end up becoming too much.
The Gen 3 come with a 50 Amps charger is a good home level 2 EV charging device that has to be hardwired. It also works by getting wall-mounted permanently. There are enough network for this charging station that vehicle owners do not have to look hard for any network before running into one.
This is among the viable options for home charging of Tesla model 3 cars. It is a good option for owners of the Tesla model X car that do not want to use the accompanying Tesla model S Mobile Gen 3.
It helps the car get a full daily dose of home charging. Tesla is known as the few makers of the Electrical Vehicles that works by including the 32A level 2 charging device. This means that owners might not have to purchase the level 2 charger.
The way this works is that they will have to set up the 240 volt NEMA 14 50 wall outlet. They will also have to get the NEMA 14 50 adapter. If these components are available, this means that you are all ready to begin charging the battery of the vehicle.
With this said, it appears that some people like to keep the battery EV charging mobile connector in their vehicle because they might want to use it at some point in time. Furthermore, the Wall Gen 3 can offer about 48 Amps to your vehicle and be able to charge it at 11.5kW. This is easily compared to the maximum 7.7 kW output from the Mobile Connector.
One downside of this model 3 battery charging station is the fact that it comes with a much shorter cord, which means that I might not be able to charge my battery until I back up into my garage. But you do get a max charge with the device though with a pretty decent charge rate.

The Juicebox pro vs the Tesla Wall Connector: Charging cable
The battery EV charging station has an 18-foot cable which is very short compared to our minimum recommended size of 20 feet cable. The Juicebox and the ChargePoint Home, however, comes with a 25 feet cable to make it possible to charge from any location in the home. At the same time, this is not a dealbreaker. This is undoubtedly a big drawback for everybody. It is worthy of note that we only recommended the Gen 3 Wall Connectors to people who own the Tesla since this is accompanied with the proprietary Tesla model S owners.

The Tesla charger is a WIFI enabled device, which means that you can stay connected as you power up your battery. But the thing is that Tesla model S has not released any feature to use with the WiFi. The Enel x Juicebox is also a WIFI enabled device and is also fully equipped with the smartphone app.
The future proof smartphone app makes it easy to remotely charge your car. The app, which is known as the Juicenet app can help connect you to Alexa, and you can then charge your car by using a voice command. Just like the ChargePoint Home, they get a charge factor that is six times faster. Which minimizes the charging session? It also has a high power while supplying a charge of 32A with a 7.7 kW EV charging station.
