Mercedes-Benz EQE is code-named V295, and the front air intake grille is closed and very smooth. This is the common design of the EQ series, such as EQC. The headlights have a small part of camouflage. It is speculated that a similar split headlight group design of Mercedes-Benz E-class may be used.
Its profile is very similar to the upcoming Mercedes-Benz EQS. The EQE also has a very streamlined appearance and a wedge-shaped body. The taillights are three-dimensional, highlighting the outline of the body.
Mercedes-Benz EQE is equipped with an air suspension, and the powertrain will be a four-wheel drive, with an electric motor on each axle. The total output will be approximately 402 horsepower (300kW) and the maximum torque will be 765Nm. The battery capacity can provide a cruising range of more than 600 kilometers.
The third brake light is located at the bottom of the rear window and is different from the top of the glass of EQS. In addition, the trunk lid of EQE is a conventional design, not a hatchback structure. Mercedes-Benz EQE will have greater power and cruising range than EQC.
It is scheduled to debut in 2022 and officially go on sale in 2023.
